Nursery Update

The update on our nursery is.... There isn't one really.

We have the paint colours all picked out (we did that nearly 2 months ago!!) and we have our paint made up (we did that nearly a month ago...) and THIS weekend our goal is to start painting.

There will be A LOT of taping involved, so it will be very time consuming, but the paint job itself is easy enough. Especially since we'll only be painting 1 wall.

We do have the clothing storage situation figured out now (and it's actually set up). We decided against getting a dresser because they are just so expensive. An expense we feel is unnecessary at this time.

We went Ikea instead, and bought some closet organizers. We are lucky the nursery has such a huge closet. They hang from the bar in the closet and have compartments for you to throw things in (similar to a shelf) or you can buy drawers for them. We went with the drawer option. We gotta say, we think it's pretty cool! And with hand-me-down clothes we've received already, our drawers are filling up nicely. I'm sure we'll post pictures eventually so you have a better idea of what we're talking about.
